Peach Torte
Peach Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 egg whites, 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar, 2 c. white sugar, 2 c. crushed ritz crackers and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat egg whites until frothy.
Add cream of tartar and sugar gradually.
Beat until stiff.
Add Ritz crackers, vanilla and chopped nuts.
Pour into buttered pan.
Bake 25 minutes at 325Β°. Cool.
After cooling, pour pie filling over baked layer.
Top with Cool Whip.
