Peach Topping
Peach Topping is an easy dinner. Made with 4 peaches, peeled and sliced (2 c.), 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 3/4 c. karo light corn syrup and 2 tbsp. corn oil margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In small bowl mix peaches and lemon juice together.
In 2-quart saucepan, stir together corn syrup and margarine. Stirring occasionally, bring to boil over medium heat and boil 5 minutes.
Add peaches.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Serve over pancakes, waffles, French toast, pound cake, baked ham or chicken.
Makes about 2 cups.
