Peach Tapioca Dessert
Peach Tapioca Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. tapioca (minute), 1 qt. water, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bring 3 cups water to boiling point.
Soak tapioca in other cup of water while water comes to boil, stirring occasionally. Add tapioca to water and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add sugar, salt orange juice.
Just before serving, add 1 quart frozen peaches and 1 1/2 cups sliced bananas.
Makes 1/2 gallon.
