Peach Sauce
Peach Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. water, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 3 peaches, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a 1-quart microwaveproof casserole dish, combine water, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla.
Microwave on High power for 2 to 4 minutes or until boiling rapidly. Stir in peaches. Chill.
Serve over ice cream, cake, pancakes or waffles.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
