Peach Salad Mold
Peach Salad Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope orange flavored artificially sweetened gelatin, 1 c. water, 4 whole cloves, 1/8 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tbsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Simmer cloves and cinnamon in water 1/2 hour.
Remove whole cloves.
Dissolve gelatin in the spiced water; allow to cool.
Add vinegar after mixture has cooled.
Slice one peach half into each of six individual molds.
Pour gelatin mixture into molds; allow to set.
Unmold on lettuce leaf; garnish with a sprig of parsley. Yield
