Peach Salad
Peach Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. peach gelatin, 1 large can pineapple with juice, 2 c. buttermilk, 1 medium container cool whip and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Pour gelatin in pan.
Pour pineapple over this and heat to dissolve.
Cool in refrigerator until begins to congeal.
Add buttermilk and stir.
Congeal a little more, then add nuts and whipped topping.
Stir well and congeal firm.
