Peach Pie
Peach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (29 oz) can sliced peaches, drain, set juice aside, 5 slices white bread, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Place fruit in baking dish, 8 x 8 inch or larger.
Cut crust from bread and cut each slice in 5 strips. Place bread strips over peaches.
Mix sugar, flour, egg, margarine and peach juice.
Pour over bread strips.
Bake 35-45 minutes until golden brown.
