Peach Pie
Peach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. flour, 8 peaches, 1/2 c. thick cream, 1 c. sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Line a pie pan with crust.
Peel peaches.
Spread flour on crust and place fruit, cut in half, on crust.
Leave some space between halves.
Beat eggs, add sugar and cream; pour over fruit and place in oven.
Cook until the custard is firm, then add top crust without removing from oven.
Bake until crust is done; reduce the temperature of oven and bake slowly 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour. Serve cold.
