Peach Pie
Peach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. sliced peaches, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 3 tbsp. butter, melted, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 1/2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Peaches
Juice together in small bowl. Blend melted
Butter, sugar, flour, cinnamon and eggs, mixing together. Pour over peaches. Toss gently. Spoon peaches into unbaked pie shell.
Strips
Pie crust on top of pie. Bake 50 to 60 minutes; after 15 to 20 minutes baking, put foil around outer rim of crust to keep crust from getting brown.
