Peach Pie
Peach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. sugar, juice of 1 lemon, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. water and 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix sugar, salt, lemon juice and water in saucepan.
Cook until sauce is clear and thick, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; chill.
Line pie shell with 3 ounces cream cheese, softened with milk.
Mix sauce with peaches.
Spread over cream cheese. Whip the cream; add 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice. Spread over peaches.
Chill several hours.
Garnish with peach slices.
