Peach Pie
Peach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with pastry for 9-inch lattice top pie, 3/4 to 1 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg or cinnamon and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Prepare pastry for 9-inch lattice top pie.
Combine sugar, flour, ground nutmeg or cinnamon and dash of salt.
Add to sliced fresh peaches; mix.
Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry; fill.
Dot with 2 tablespoons butter or margarine.
(Dash with extra spice, if desired.)
Adjust lattice crust; seal.
Crimp edges.
Bake in hot oven (400Β°) for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
