Peach Pickle
Peach Pickle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. vinegar, 2 c. water, 8 c. sugar, 3 tsp. whole allspice and cloves and 2 sticks cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put spices in bag and mix.
Then mix everything, except peaches, and boil for 20 minutes.
Peel peaches and put in boiling mixture slowly.
Put into sterilized jars and seal.
