Peach Muffins
Peach Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1 c. sugar, 3 large, very ripe peaches, mashed, 2 eggs, beaten and 2 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream sugar, margarine and almond flavoring.
Add peaches and beaten eggs.
Mix thoroughly.
Add flour.
Stir mixture quickly but being careful not to overstir.
Pour mixture into 8 greased muffin cups.
Sprinkle nuts over top of muffin batter.
Bake at 350Β° until golden brown.
