Peach Jam
Peach Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. peaches, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 7 1/2 c. sugar, 1 pouch certo and 1 tsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Peel and pit 3 pounds peaches.
Use grinder to chop in 1/4-inch pieces.
Measure peaches; add lemon juice and sugar.
Bring mixture to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Then add Certo and margarins; boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Skim foam off.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
Yields 8 cups.
