Peach Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 2 qt. crushed peeled peaches, 1/2 c. water and 6 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine peaches and water; cook gently 10 minutes.
Add sugar; slowly bring to boiling, stirring occasionally until sugar dissolves.
Cook rapidly until thick, about 15 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
Pour, boiling hot, into sterilized Ball jars.
Yield: About 4 pints.
