Peach Enchiladas
Peach Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 -8 oz cans crescent dinner rolls, 4 firm ripe peaches, peeled & quartered, 2 sticks butter, 1 1/2 c sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Add sugar and cinnamon.
Unroll crescent rolls.
Place one peach slice on large end.
Place in a 12 x 10 x 2 baking dish.
Pour butter mixture over top, then pour Mountain Dew over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Best served warm with vanilla ice cream.
