Peach Enchiladas
Peach Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans crescent rolls, 4 peaches or apples, peeled and quartered, 2 sticks melted margarine, 1 1/2 c sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place a piece of fruit on wide end of each crescent roll-roll up. Place in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
May use other fruit or even canned or frozen fruit. Then mix remaining ingredients -pour over rolls.
Pour the Mountain Dew over this. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
