Peach Dream Delight
Peach Dream Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 box coconut cookie bars, crushed, 1/4 c. butter, 2 eggs, 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar and 4 to 5 peaches, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat with mixer until fluffy the butter, 1 of the eggs and 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar.
Add the other egg; beat again.
Spread this mixture over half of crumbs in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Over this, put peeled, thinly sliced peaches.
Whip cream with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar; cover the peaches.
Spread the other 1/2 of the crumbs over top.
Chill overnight.
Good even after 24 hours.
