Peach Dessert
Peach Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. flour, 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. regular vanilla pudding mix, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 egg, beaten and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Stir together flour, pudding mix and baking powder.
Combine egg, milk and melted margarine.
Add to dry ingredients.
Mix well. Spread into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Drain peaches and reserve 1/3 cup liquid.
Chop peaches and sprinkle atop batter.
