Peach Dessert
Peach Dessert is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 c. margarine, 6 peaches, sliced and 3 egg yolks (reserve whites), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix together first 3 ingredients.
Press into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Cook next seven ingredients on the stove until thick.
Pour over crust.
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff.
Gradually add sugar.
Spread over filling.
Brown in oven, watching closely.
