Peach Delight
Peach Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box jiffy cake mix (yellow), 1 small box vanilla instant pudding mix, 1 c. sour cream, 1 c. milk and 1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Prepare pudding with milk and sour cream.
Refrigerate.
Bake cake mix in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 20 minutes. Cool.
Spread pudding on cool cake, sliced peaches on pudding and spread Cool Whip on peaches.
Sprinkle pecans on topping.
Cover and let stand in refrigerator several hours.
Serves 12.
