Peach Delight
Peach Delight is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 2 1/2) can peach halves, drained, 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs, 1 c. heavy cream, whipped and walnut halves (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Roll peach halves in vanilla wafer crumbs until well coated. Place halves, cut side down, in sherbet glasses.
