Peach Delight

Peach Delight is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 1/2 size) can (about 24 oz.) sliced peaches, 1 yellow cake mix (butter brickle if available), 1 stick melted butter and 1/2 c. broken pecan halves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a 9 x 12-inch pan arrange the peach slices, which have been cut in half.

Pour all but 2 tablespoons of peach juice over the slices.

Mix the remaining 2 tablespoons of juice thoroughly with cake mix.

Sprinkle all but 1/2 cup of cake mix very evenly over peaches.

Sprinkle the pecans evenly on top of the mix.

Then sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mix over pecans.

Drizzle the melted butter over the ingredients.

Bake in a 350Β° oven for 1/2 hour or until golden brown.

Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
