Peach Crumble Pie
Peach Crumble Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell, 1/3 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 2 1/2 c. sliced juicy peaches (about 1 1/2 lb.) and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Line pie shell with plain pastry.
Trim; let rest 10 minutes, then flute edge.
Do not prick.
Combine sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon.
Add butter and work with fingertips until crumbly.
Add 1/2 of this mixture to the peaches.
Mix lightly and turn into pie shell.
Sprinkle the rest of the crumbly mixture over top of peaches.
Bake at 425Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until peaches are cooked.
Cool 2 or 3 hours on rack before cutting.
