Peach Crumble is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 7 c. sliced peaches, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 c. flour, 1 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place peaches on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Sift dry ingredients.
Add egg and mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle on peaches and drizzle butter.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 375Β°.
Serve warm or cold.
Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
