Peach Cobbler
Peach Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (29 oz.) can peaches, drained (keep juice), 1 stick margarine, 1 c. self-rising flour, 1 c. sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt margarine in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan in oven at 350°.
Mix in small bowl the flour, sugar, egg, juice and vanilla.
Pour evenly over melted margarine; do not stir.
Place peaches over batter; do not stir.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve with ice cream or Cool Whip, or serve plain.
Delicious either way.
