Peach Chews

Bring to boil.
Reduce heat; simmer uncovered about 15 minutes.
Drain.
Chop peaches and toss with flour.

Blend in egg yolks and extracts.
Gradually mix in flour-peach mixture. Shape in small balls.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 325Β° about 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Roll in powdered sugar.
