Peach Cake
Peach Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sifted flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Cut in butter. Sprinkle mixture on bottom and sides of greased round pan.
Place peaches, cut side up over dough.
Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over peaches.
Bake 15 minutes at 400Β°.
Mix egg yolk with milk.
Pour it over peaches and bake 30 minutes more.
