Peach Bavarian
Peach Bavarian is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. peach or apricot-flavored jello, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 c. boiling water and 1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain peaches, reserving 2/3 cup juice.
Chop peaches into small pieces; set aside.
In another bowl, dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
Stir in reserved syrup.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Stir vanilla and whip cream.
Gently fold into gelatin.
Fold in peaches. Pour into mold sprayed with Pam or any other spray you use.
Chill overnight.
Unmold and garnish with peaches, if desired.

8 to 10 servings.
