Pea Salad
Pea Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. peas (fresh or frozen), 1/2 c. sweet pickles, chopped, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. hard-cooked eggs, chopped and 1/2 c. american cheese, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook peas until tender, but still bright green in color. Drain and cool.
Mix the remaining ingredients with peas, adding enough Miracle Whip to hold the mixture together.
Salt to taste. Chill for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
