Pea Salad
Pea Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) pkg. uncooked frozen peas, 1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled, 1/2 bunch green onions, sliced with tops, 1/4 c. diced celery and 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine all ingredients, except cashews; mix well.
Cover; refrigerate 4 hours or more.
Add cashews before serving.
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
May garnish with sliced black olives, if desired.
Serves 8 to 10.
