Pea Salad
Pea Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large onion, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 head lettuce, 1 can peas and swiss cheese slices, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Chop onion and put in bowl.
Add sugar and set aside until you mix up the other things.
In another bowl, add lettuce (pinch up in small pieces).
Drain peas and put them in.
Cut up cheese and add it.
Add bacon bits and mayonnaise.
Then add onion and sugar. Stir up.
Put in bowl with a lid and set in refrigerator 1 hour.
