Pea Salad
Pea Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. frozen peas (two 16 oz. bags), 1 (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained, 1 c. chinese pea pods, stems and strings removed, 1/2 c. chopped red onion (1 small or 1/2 medium) and 1/4 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Toss together peas, water chestnuts, 1 cup Chinese pea pods and red onion.
Set aside.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, pepper and salt.
Gently combine this with vegetables.
Chill.
Before serving, fold in crumbled bacon.
Garnish with extra pea pods and tomato wedges.
