Pea Casserole
Pea Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with cheddar cheese crackers, 1 can peas with pearl onions, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 can mushroom soup and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Line "buttered" dish with a layer of crumbled cheese crackers (Cheddar).
Drain 1 can of peas with pearl onions, layer over crackers.
Put another layer of crumbled cheese crackers.
Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce to 1 can mushroom soup with 1 cup milk.
Pour over mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 350Β° for about 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
