Payday Cookies
Payday Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 1 egg, 1/3 c. butter or margarine, 3 c. miniature marshmallows and 2/3 c. white corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine cake mix, egg and 1/3 cup butter or margarine.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 18 minutes. Spread marshmallows over crust while still hot.
In double boiler, place corn syrup, peanut butter chips, 1/4 cup butter or margarine.
Cook until smooth.
Add Rice Krispies and peanuts. Immediately spread over marshmallows using back of spoon.
Cool; cut into squares.
