Payday Cake
Payday Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 1/3 c. margarine, melted, 1 egg, 3 c. miniature marshmallows and 2/3 c. corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix first 3 ingredients together and bake in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan for 12 to 18 minutes at 350Β°.
When baked and still hot, put 3 cups miniature marshmallows on top.
Heat remaining ingredients until smooth, stirring constantly, then add Rice Krispies and salted cocktail peanuts.
Spread on top of marshmallows.
Cool several hours.
