Payday Bars
Payday Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1/4 c. oleo, softened, 1 egg, 3 c. miniature marshmallows and 2/3 c. white corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Blend first three ingredients together well.
Place in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 18 minutes. Spread marshmallows on top.
Turn off oven and return pan to oven, until marshmallows are melted.
Melt the 2 tablespoons oleo; add syrup, vanilla and peanut butter chips together.
Add peanuts and cereal; mix well and spread evenly over marshmallows.
Let set. Cut into bars.
