Pavlova is an easy dinner. Made with 4 egg whites, 1 c. castor sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 3/4 tsp. white vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Step 1
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; add 1/3 cup of the sugar and beat until dissolved.
Gradually add remaining sugar, beating well after each addition.
When sugar is dissolved, add vanilla and vinegar; beat 1 minute only to combine mixture. Mixture will be thick.
