Patriotic Cake
Patriotic Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, 1 pkg. blueberry muffin mix, 1/4 c. butter and strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Set out ice cream to soften.
Cut butter into dry muffin mix. Place in casserole dish; do not press.
Bake at 300Β° for 5 to 10 minutes until mix begins to brown.
Remove and let cool.
Reserve 1/2 cup for topping.
Press remaining mixture in a 9-inch pie plate.
Add softened ice cream and top with crumb mixture. Freeze.
Top with blueberries from muffin mix and sliced strawberries.
Let pie sit about 5 minutes before slicing.
