Patio Sheet Cake
Patio Sheet Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. butter, 3 eggs, 6 c. flour, 3 tsp. baking powder and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix butter, eggs and vanilla.
Add sugar.
Mix in flour and baking powder.
Spread half of dough in bottom of a cookie sheet. Spread pie filling over dough.
Crumble remainder of dough on top, to cover pie filling.
Bake 15 minutes at 400° and then 45 to 55 minutes at 350°.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when cool.
