Patio Salad
Patio Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen green peas, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. water, 1 1/3 c. minute rice and 3/4 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Add frozen peas and salt to boiling water; boil 2 minutes. Add rice; cover and remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in mayonnaise, pickles, onions and pepper.
Mix lightly with fork and chill.
Before serving, add ham and cheese.
Mix lightly. Serve on crisp greens; garnish with tomatoes, olives and carrot strips.
