Patio Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 medium potatoes, boiled in jackets, then peel and grate, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/4 c. chopped green onion, 1 (8 oz.) sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat margarine and soup.
Blend in sour cream, onions and cheese mixture with potatoes.
Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix flakes with margarine and sprinkle over casserole.
