Patio Baked Beans
Patio Baked Beans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (1 lb.) cans baked beans, 1/3 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. instant coffee, 1 tbsp. wine vinegar and 1 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Set beans aside for now.
Mix all ingredients, except for onion and bacon, together.
Heat for 5 minutes until smooth. Slice onion into thin slices and cut bacon into 1-inch pieces. Use 2-quart casserole.
Arrange alternate layers of baked beans, onion and beans.
Pour hot sugar mixture over.
Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Uncover; add bacon to top and bake, uncovered, for 30 more minutes.
