Bake cake mix as directed on box in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bring to boil, sugar, milk and coconut.
Pour over cake.
Put container Cool Whip over cake.
Add another package frozen coconut on top of Cool Whip.
Better if refrigerated before serving.
