Combine mix, milk, eggs and corn in bowl; mix and set aside. Saute beef; drain and set aside.

Pour 1/2 of mix in hot greased 10 1/2-inch skillet.

Sprinkle evenly with beef; top with onion, then cheese.

Add peppers evenly on top.

Pour remaining 1/2 mix over top.

Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until golden brown. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
