Pat'S Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, beaten stiff, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1 c. sugar and 1 c. (about 30) ritz crackers, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
