Pat A Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. sugar, 2 c. flour, 1 1/4 tsp. salt, 2/3 c. oil and 3 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sift sugar, flour and salt together in pie plate.
With fork, in small bowl, whip together oil and milk.
Pour over flour mixture.
Mix with fork until all flour is damp.
Press against bottom and sides of pie plate.
Crimp edges.
Fill with fruit filling.
If want top crust, reserve 1/3 of dough, then crumble over top.
Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, reduce to 350° for 45 minutes.
For shell only, 350° for 20 minutes.
