Pastry Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1 stick butter, 1 c. flour (nonsifted) and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bring water and butter to a boil.
Add flour.
Cool mixture before adding eggs, so they don't cook.
Stir in eggs separately. Cook on buttered tins at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes, until brown and crusty top.
Don't open oven door often, or puffs will fall. Stuff with pudding, salad, ice cream, etc.
