Pastel Cookies
Pastel Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 1/2 c. margarine, 1 c. sugar, 2 pkg. gelatin (any flavor) and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix together the shortening, margarine and sugar.
Add gelatin, eggs and vanilla.
Blend in dry ingredients.
Roll into small balls; place on cookie sheet.
Flatten with bottom of a glass that has been dipped in sugar.
Make sure glass has a bottom design on it that goes on cookie when pressed.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes.
