Pasta with Peas
Pasta With Peas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. ditalini pasta, 1 or 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. tomatoes, sieved (or canned crushed) and 1/8 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oil in a large saucepan.
Add onion and cook slowly until lightly browned.
Add tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper; simmer about 10 minutes.
Add peas together with another 1 1/2 cans of water; simmer about 5 minutes.
Toss this mixture with cooked pasta.
Serve topped with grated cheese.
